Why it matters
The PhD site should not pretend to be a neutral archive. ARIA's memory, Discord threads, Reference/Wiki handles, redaction routines, design reports, and seed maps are all part of the apparatus. The public version can show that structure without exposing raw private material.

Use this node as a public-facing explanation of the apparatus. Keep raw transcripts, credentials, full private logs, and sensitive operational details out of the page; use labelled redacted presence when evidence exists but cannot be published.
