A provisional cluster for public interpretation, exhibition response, and audience participation that may become a stable area when evidence supports it.
This cluster stays provisional. Public interpretation matters to the proposal, but Chart 02 keeps it downstream of meaning negotiation until the evidence is strong enough to promote it.
For now, the cluster gathers public-safe notes about exhibition, viewer interpretation, redacted feedback patterns, and co-audience as an emerging process. It should show what is visible, what is redacted, and what still needs confirmation rather than pretending the public claim has already stabilized.
